How much does a custom soft toy cost?
Prices start at $80. The average cost of a soft toy is $100 -$120 depending on complexity. Each drawing and toy requires individual attention to accurately draft a pattern, select fabrics for the design and sew. A quote will be provided on receipt of the drawing.
Postage is an additional $15.
Where are the toys made?
Each toy is lovingly handmade by creative designer Imogen Holt in Brisbane, QLD. Make It Like Mine does not outsource production.

How do I pay?
Payment is via direct debit. Payment is to be received prior to the creation of the toy. Please refer to the ‘How to order’ page for specific details.
When will the toy be ready?
An estimated date of postage will be provided once your order is confirmed. If you require the toy for a particular occasion or in a hurry I will happily negotiate this, though a surcharge may apply.
What are the soft toys made from?
Fleecy material is the usual choice of fabric as it is soft and cuddly for your young one. As each toy is custom made, fabrics are chosen to suit the design.
How big is the toy?
Toys are approximately 30-45cm in height. If you require specific dimensions, please let me know when ordering.
Can the toys be washed?
Washing is not recommended. Spot clean with a damp cloth or baby wipe.
Where do you post?
Toys can be posted anywhere within Australia. Postage is $15.
Will the drawing, a photo of the toy and the name and age of the child be displayed on the Make It Like Mine website/social media site/advertising material?
Yes, however if you would like the child’s name de-identified or would prefer for the picture and toy not to be displayed on the website/social media/advertising material please make this known at the time of ordering.
Is there an age limit?
Make it Like Mine only makes toys for children over the age of 3 due to Australian toy regulations.
Will you turn any image into a soft toy?
Make It Like Mine will only create original artworks into soft toys. Only hand drawn/painted pictures are suitable. Unfortunately we are not able to work with digitally created, copyrighted or otherwise unsuitable images.
What if I am not happy with the toy?
That would make me unhappy too. Please contact me immediately if you are unhappy in any way. I am happy to offer refunds if the toy is returned within 2 weeks (less postage).
